CORNED BEEF (100 g)
Our corned beef is made in our facility on Cultus Lake. Briskets are brined in barrels of salted water and 12 different herbs and spices for 14 days, before being cooked low and slow. This authentic New York style corned beef is made by a Jewish man from Brooklyn, transplanted here 30 years ago. He was tired of eating what passed for corned beef and started to make the product that he grew up eating in the Deli’s in Brooklyn. Comes sliced and fully cooked. Eat it cold as part of a charcuterie board or steam it to put in a sandwich. And if you are Irish, your hearts strings will be tugged if you serve it with colcannon and braised cabbage.
