Refunds and Returns
The Salt Cellar Series and Long Table
Series tickets are non refundable. We simply provide you a seat(s) at
another event of the same kind for that location. Please note that it
is up to you to provide us notice when you can not make it to an
event. If no notice has been provided, we can not provide you any
form of replacement.
Several types of goods are exempt from
being returned including perishable goods such as food and coffee. To complete your return/replacement, we
require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back
to the manufacturer.
Refunds and Replacements(if applicable)
Once your return/replacement is
received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned/replaced item. We will also notify you
of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
In the case of a replacement ticket for
a Salt Cellar Series/Long Table Series event you need to choose the
future event that you wish attend for a proper replacement ticket can

If you haven’t received a
confirmation replacement yet, please check your email account again.
If you’ve checked your account and
you still have not received your replacement confirmation yet, please
contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be
refunded/replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are
defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,
send us an email at email@example.com.
Please note that we only ship gift certificates (HHG Funds), no event tickets or coffee.
On the night of the event you purchased
tickets for, your name will be on a guestlist. Please see the manager
on duty to check in to the event. All coffees ordered will be delivered
with the Heather Hospitality Groups product and will be available for
you to pickup at Rainier Provisions located at 2 West Cordova Street
in Gastown. The coffees are not shipped to your personal address. Coffee orders are placed with Stumptown Coffee Rosters on Fridays and delivery occurs on the following Thursday. Coffee will be ready for collection starting at 2PM the Thursday after the order is placed.
Gift certificates (HHG Funds) will be mailed out to the address provided to us by the purchaser. We will not be held accountable for lost or damaged gift certificates that are sent out in the mail.
